we are a family of six so it is hard to find affordable accommodations that fit our family. This room did just that! there were 2 queens in a separate bedroom and a bunk bed that slept 3. we could have brought an extra kid! the kids loved that there were 2 wall mounted tv's for the bunk beds. the hotel was in walking distance to the falls.

The rooms at Sheraton Niagara Falls are like a cozy home away from home. I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room for late-night snacks, and the free WiFi was a cherry on top. The bed was super comfy - I slept like a baby!

I wish the bathroom had a bathtub, but that's just personal preference. Some might not mind it at all.

As my director chose Sheraton Niagara Falls for our business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's recreational facilities. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of meetings, and the indoor pool provided a fun way to unwind. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. The outdoor pool was also a refreshing option for some leisure time, complete with comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

The restaurant was great which has a very good all you can eat buffet here, I had hot dishes. The staff were personable and courteous all the time. The location was fantastic - 700 feet away from First Presbyterian Church.

I find the hotel perfect, fairly clean and the staff is efficient and affable. The rooms are a decent size and generally offer a coffeemaker, a lounge, and sound-proofed windows. The location is central. It's in an absolutely amazing building in the beautiful area. There is an outstanding attached restaurant, which has a very good all you can eat buffet.

Lively hotel in a neat building with excellant views of the Skyline. Pleasant stuff team with actual excellent service. Wonderful location easy to Rainbow bridge. Also - not far from Naigra falls, many great restaurants and Old Falls Street.

The rooms are pet-friendly and well stocked, provided with with twin double beds and massage chairs, as example. The hotel's location is excellent and the staff are amazingly friendly.

I loved the fact that there were two dining options within the hotel itself, including a buffet connected to the casino. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, with no surprise charges. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the daily check-ins from the front desk to ensure everything was going well. a fantastic stay and I will definitely be returning in the future.
